Laura Kurapkaite
Laura Kurapkaite is a certified yoga teacher and mindfulness coach, energy healer within Kabira Energetics, and currently training to become a certified psychotherapist specializing in integrative psychotherapy and psychosynthesis. She holds a master’s degree in medical science and previously worked in medical technology and the pharmaceutical industry before moving from Stockholm to Åre two years ago to start her business, Remindful.
For Laura, it hasn’t always been easy to feel into her needs and trust in her worth. Fatigue, frustration, and low mood were some of the signs that she had overstepped her boundaries at work and in private life, having given more than she had to give and burning herself out un the process. At the end, it lead her to burn out which taught her to discover whole new ways of living the life according to her own truth.
Through Kabira Energetics techniques, such as grounding exercises and energy clearing, Laura has learned to find balance in her work as a therapist, yoga teacher, and mindfulness coach. By holding space for clients’ own processes, she preserves her energy, allowing natural self-healing for each person at their own pace. Laura has realized that it’s precisely in this calm, supportive space that true change and healing occur.
By combining psychotherapy, energy work, yoga, and mindfulness, Laura strives to create a holistic experience that empowers everyone to care for their energy compassionately.
