Do you find it difficult to set boundaries and often feel that others' energy affects you as if it were your own?

Learn practical tools to protect your energy and create healthy, compassionate boundaries in your interactions.​ Combining different techniques from integrative psychotherapy, psychosynthesis, energy work, yoga, and mindfulness, you’ll gain tools to strengthen your inner resilience and maintain your energy while engaging with others in a loving, empathic way.

In this course, we’ll cover:
  • How to identify your needs underneath the emotions you experience

  • Feel into your own energy system and recognize where you “leak” energy

  • Recognize when you’ve taken on others’ energy or slipped into a “Helper” role

  • Understanding what is genuinely yours vs. what you have absorbed from others

  • Grounding exercises to strengthen your energy and stay connected to your body

  • Empathic communication to express your feelings and needs to others

  • Holding space for others with integrity

  • Boundary-setting techniques, saying “no” with integrity and empathy

  • The difference between empathy and sympathy

  • Clear your energy system when you’ve taken on something that isn’t yours

After the course, you’ll receive a workbook with exercises and recorded guided meditations to support you in strengthening your energy and connecting with yourself.

Price: 1090 SEK, including the course, workbook, recorded meditations, and snacks.
Early bird price: 890 SEK if you book by November 15.

The 4-hour-long course includes short breaks and a longer, 30-minute lunch break. Feel free to bring your own lunch, and there will be a microwave available for warming food. Please bring a notebook and pen for reflection exercises.

As a course participant, you’ll receive a 20% discount on energy healing sessions (regular price: 1490 SEK / 60 min or 6500 SEK / 5 x 60 min) and the opportunity to become a practice client for therapy sessions with Laura in spring 2025.

Course Leader

Laura Kurapkaite is a certified yoga teacher and mindfulness coach, an energy healer within Kabira Energetics, and currently training to become a certified psychotherapist specializing in integrative psychotherapy and psychosynthesis. She holds a master’s degree in medical science and previously worked in medical technology and the pharmaceutical industry before moving from Stockholm to Åre two years ago to start her business, Remindful.

For Laura, it hasn’t always been easy to let others go through their processes without taking on their concerns and trying to solve their problems. She used to fall into the helper role, giving much of herself to loved ones and clients, often losing sight of her own needs. Fatigue, frustration, and low mood were some of the signs that she had absorbed others’ energy and given more than she had to give.

Through Kabira Energetics techniques, such as grounding exercises and energy clearing, Laura has learned to find balance in her work as a therapist, yoga teacher, and mindfulness coach. By holding space for clients’ own processes, she preserves her energy, allowing natural self-healing for each person at their own pace. Laura has realized that it’s precisely in this calm, supportive space that true change and healing occur.

By combining psychotherapy, energy work, yoga, and mindfulness, Laura strives to create a holistic experience that empowers everyone to care for their energy compassionately.
